Voice and data network and structured cabling design in accordance with user requirements including network diagrams, rack elevations, rack layouts, outlet plans and cable routing schematics. Coordinated design process with M&E services. |

Prepare budget for delivery, relocation, and installation of IT equipment and services. |
Tender Management |
Prepare, conduct and analyze tenders for all IT and telecoms vendors/suppliers including long lead time items, move vendors and service providers. |
Client Representation |
As required throughout the project and as required, act on behalf o the client as direct contact on matters relating to IT services and equipment and when required attend meetings, negotiations, design workshops etc. |
Risk Management |
Prepare risk management report and risk minimization and contingency plans. |
Project Management |
Manage implementation plan, coordinate site activities and vendors, inspections and move management services. Fully coordinate with M&E and building services. |
User Acceptance Testing |
Manage and witness integrated testing of all IT systems, equipment and infrastructure, O&M manuals, and post occupancy support services. |
